I hope Italy ...Great decision for a great country. I hope Italy will inspire Quebec and Canada. We are trying to show that this the economic and technological path to go. We are entangled up to the nose in proprietary software from big companies. Their lobbying is very powerfull and we live difficult time as Quebec is going to buy Windows 8.1 for 466,000 desktops in public services without even giving a try to open source. This is all against their own law they made to consider open-source first... But may be "common sense will prevail" eventually.
